The resource consists of: an easy to follow teacher led PowerPoint a 5 page student worksheet with tasks for students to complete in class A homework activity to help students develop healthy habits a supplementary healthy habit tracker (also available separately) This resource has been created by a Dr. in clinical psychology and an experienced Physical Education teacher to combine mental health and teaching expertise.
